Welcome to BedSync, a product of Redemption Digital LLC ("Redemption Digital," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and services.
BedSync is a SaaS platform that helps mattress dealers manage their inventory, communicate with customers via SMS and email, automate social media posting, manage leads, and run delivery operations.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, business name, phone number, and password when you create an account
- Business Information: Your business name, address, contact information, and website customization preferences
- Inventory Credentials: Your supplier portal username and password (encrypted) to sync your inventory
- Inventory Data: Information about your mattresses including serial numbers, prices, sizes, images, and availability status
- Customer/Lead Data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of customers who submit inquiries through your dealer website
2.2 Information from Third-Party Services
- Facebook: Page ID, Page access token, and Page name to enable automated posting
- Google Business Profile: Account ID, location ID, access and refresh tokens, and business location information
- Google OAuth: Email address and profile name when signing in with Google
- PayPal: Subscription ID and payment status for billing (we do not store credit card numbers)
2.3 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Cookies: We use authentication tokens stored in localStorage to maintain your login session
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our service
- Sync your inventory from supplier portals to your account
- Automatically post inventory to your Facebook Page and Google Business Profile
- Generate and display your inventory on your custom dealer website
- Send SMS and email notifications to you about new leads
- Send SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf (lead follow-ups, delivery updates, review requests, nurture sequences)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support
- Improve our application and develop new features
- Ensure security and prevent fraud
4. SMS/Text Messaging Program
Important SMS Disclosure: BedSync, operated by Redemption Digital LLC, uses Telnyx to send text messages. By using our platform or submitting a form on a BedSync-powered dealer website, you may receive text messages as described below.

4.2 Types of SMS Messages
All messages are transactional only. BedSync does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.
- Lead Notifications: Dealers receive SMS alerts when a customer submits an inquiry
- Customer Follow-Ups: Automated nurture messages sent to customers who submit inquiries (on behalf of the dealer)
- Delivery Updates: Status updates about scheduled deliveries
- Review Requests: Post-sale messages requesting customer feedback
- AI SMS Agent: AI-powered conversational sales messages (when enabled by the dealer)
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive 1-5 messages per inquiry. Dealers typically receive 0-10 messages per week depending on customer inquiry volume.
4.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. BedSync is not responsible for carrier fees or charges.
4.5 Consent & Mobile Opt-In
Customers: Customers provide consent to receive text messages by checking a required SMS consent checkbox on the inquiry form on a dealer's BedSync-powered website (e.g., restpointmattresses.bed-sync.com). The checkbox is not pre-checked and must be actively selected. The consent language reads: "I agree to receive transactional text messages from this dealer regarding my mattress inquiry, including follow-up messages, appointment confirmations, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies (typically 1-5 per inquiry). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
Dealers: Dealers provide consent by entering their phone number in the SMS Notification settings on their admin dashboard at admin.bed-sync.com/admin.html. Inline consent language is displayed directly below the phone number field.
Keyword Opt-In: Users may also opt in by texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to any BedSync number. Upon opting in, the following confirmation message is sent: "You're now subscribed to BedSync SMS alerts. You'll receive notifications related to your mattress inquiries. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
4.6 How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any BedSync text message
- Dealers: Removing their phone number from the admin dashboard settings
- Emailing admin@bed-sync.com with subject "SMS Opt-Out"
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from BedSync SMS alerts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe." No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
4.7 How to Get Help (HELP)
For help with BedSync SMS messages:
- Reply HELP to any BedSync text message. You will receive: "BedSync SMS Help: This is a transactional messaging service for mattress inquiries. Contact us at admin@bed-sync.com or (318) 372-7140. Reply STOP to opt out."

4.8 Supported Carriers
Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.9 Phone Numbers
Messages are sent from toll-free and local phone numbers provisioned through Telnyx. Each dealer may have a unique number. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering BedSync transactional notifications.

5. How We Share Your Information
5.1 Third-Party Services
We share information with third-party services only as necessary to provide our services:
- Telnyx: Phone numbers and message content for SMS delivery (including AI SMS Agent)
- SendGrid: Email addresses and message content for email delivery
- Anthropic: AI-generated content for SMS agent responses and social media posts (no personal customer data shared unless part of an active SMS conversation)
- Facebook: Inventory information posted to your Facebook Page via the Graph API
- Google Business Profile: Inventory information posted to your Google Business Profile
- PayPal: Subscription and payment processing
- Vercel: Hosting provider that processes and stores data
- Neon Database: Database provider that stores your encrypted data
- OpenAI: AI-generated content for social media posts and SMS agent responses (no personal customer data is sent unless part of a conversation)
5.2 We Do NOT Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Encryption: Sensitive data including passwords and API tokens are encrypted at rest
- Secure Transmission: All data transmission uses HTTPS/SSL encryption
- Access Controls: We implement strict access controls to limit who can access your data
- Regular Backups: Your data is regularly backed up to prevent loss
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Data Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct your information through your account settings
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke Access: Disconnect Facebook, Google, or other integrations at any time
- Data Portability: Request an export of your inventory data
- Opt Out of SMS: Reply STOP to any text message at any time
8. Third-Party OAuth Permissions
8.1 Facebook Permissions
When you connect your Facebook Page, you grant us permission to:
- Read your Facebook Page information (name, ID)
- Publish posts and photos to your Facebook Page
- Access is limited to your selected Page only
You can revoke these permissions at any time by clicking "Disconnect Facebook" in your admin panel or removing the app from Facebook Settings.
8.2 Google Business Profile Permissions
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you grant us permission to:
- Read your Google Business Profile information
- Create posts on your Google Business Profile
You can revoke these permissions at any time via your admin panel or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Inventory Data: Retained until you delete specific items or your account
- Lead/Customer Data: Retained until you delete the lead or your account
- SMS Message Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for compliance and troubleshooting
- OAuth Tokens: Stored until you disconnect the integration or delete your account
- Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes
When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
